Our winemaking roots began in California where Tim studied Viticulture/Enology and his wife Diane International Relations at the University of California at Davis. Tim worked throughout the wine-growing regions of Austria, as well as studying at the Klosterneuburg Institute of Wine & Fruit. He brings ten years of winemaking and grape-growing experience in the Finger Lakes to Imagine Moore.

• We work with small family farms throughout the Finger Lakes to produce vineyard driven - fruit forward wines, representative of the region.
• Partner with a younger generation of growers and vineyards the hand crafted wines come from select farms throughout the Finger Lakes.
• Partner with local businesses and artisans throughout the whole process to make many dreams a reality.
• The production goals of the winery are small - 2,500 cases - focusing on Quality and Vineyard Defined wines.
• Each wine delivers a unique message.
